hey cussy ! i think your pick of artist are very interesting , i never thought that warm vibrant colours could show expressions of emotion in a painting and i also like the fact that you enjoy pop-art in general ! have you ever tried expressing emotion with warm or cold vibrant colours to a character of your own ?
Thanks Fabez, I didn't realise that last piece was by Lichtenstein because usually he uses dots, like blown up printed comix, and this one doesn't have dots - I guess it was painted early on in his career.
It's great that you are so into pop art - but maybe a good question to ask yourself is why, what is it about the style that you enjoy so much?
