I dont really like this because i find the flatness of the image boring.

hey roy i see on andy warhol's art -cow wallpaper (1971) you said that you liked it mainly because of the colours cancel each other out but did u know that besides his success in painting and print making he was also successful as a film maker who was a leading figure in the visual art movement known as pop art.your next piece of art from david hockney which was called a bigger splashdate (1967) this piece of art didnt really capture your attention to have interest in it but it instead it made you dislike it but wouldn't you say that instead of just focusing on the flatness of the painting but think why is it flat ?? maybe he wanted to make the splash of water more dominant then the rest of whats on the painting? maybe?? on your last chosen artist frank Frazetta you chose a very interesting piece of his art which obviously captured your interest. now knowing that your interested in his work ? did you know that having these successes in his fantasy , science fiction art and being amazing at designing comic books, paperback book covers, paintings, posters, LP record album covers and other media. frank Frazetta was inducted into the comic book industry's Will Eisner Comic Book Hall of Fame in 1995 and the Jack Kirby Hall of Fame in 1999.
I know I'm not supposed to say anything once someone has commented, but I have to agree with Roy with David Hockney's painting. Yes, perhaps he tried to create contrast with the splash affect, but the flat coloring doesn't make the splash stand out as much, in fact, it doesn't stand out at all, as if the painting is incomplete.

Thanks Roy, I like the way you have managed to find something from the era that you really like, as well as the two pop art pieces, which is more what I would naturally associate with the 60s.
