i think it's irreverence speaks to me most. both in the media which isn't traditionally high art although she imposes that experience on the viewer and the satirical nature of it, whimsically placing the banal and the bizarre with pictures of serious and reserved people.
it's kind of like saying if you're not dead you might as well be dancing, if you not dancing you might as well be dead.
